The online registration form must be completed and sent with payment altogether; If payment arrives without the corresponding form the bookings will not be considered.


Online registrations will be accepted only until February 15th, 2015.
All services requested after this date will only be accepted on site and they must be paid directly even if requested by a company. These services are subject to availability.

VAT tax (23%) is included

Registration includes all program activities, lunches, coffee breaks, certificate of attendance and the delegate bag.

RECEIPTS
Receipts will be sent by e-mail during the 15 days after the Congress. All the data will be copied from the registration form. If the tax number is not included (“NIF”) it will be issue as “Consumidor Final”. Any change will have a cost of 20€.
No receipts will be issue onsite

CONFIRMATION
All services must be requested at the registration form.
Confirmation of registration will be sent upon payment arrival.
Until payment is received, the registration will be on hold and won’t be considered.
The secretariat will send a confirmation e-mail mentioning all requested services.

CERTIFICATES
Certificates will be sent by e-mail after the Congress

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation will be accepted until January 15th.
All refunds will be made after the Congress

HOTEL RESERVATION
Mundiconvenius will handle all the hotel accommodation requirements for the Congress participants.
Accommodation should be booked at the registration form.
The hotel rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
No reservations will be considered without full payment
