REGISTRATION DESK
The registration desk in the Alfândega Congress Centre will be open as follows:

27 May 2015: 08:30 – 18:00

EXHIBITION
The exhibition will be set up on the West Ground Floor close to the two lecture halls. The coffee breaks and lunch breaks will also take place in this area. Detailed information, including an interactive fl oor plan, can be found on the congress website.

The exhibition opening hours are the following:

Monday,
25 May 2015: 10:00 – 16:30
Tuesday,
26 May 2015: 10:00 – 16:30
Wednesday,
27 May 2015: 10:00 – 16:30

CONGRESS LANGUAGE
The congress language is English. Simultaneous translations will not be provided.

DRESS CODE
The dress code is smart casual for the evening events.

INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the congress. The organisers will not take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS
EU residents and visitors from US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand do not need visas for stays up to 3 months; only a valid passport is required. All other visitors are requested to check the specific travel requirements with their own diplomatic mission.

LUNCH / REFRESHMENT
Lunches will be served to all delegates from Monday through Wednesday in the exhibition area. Lunches for partners are not foreseen; these are included in the tours where indicated. By courtesy of the hosts, beer and mineral water are available throughout the congress in the exhibition area as well.

POSTERS
There will be a special time only for the poster presentations on Tuesday, 26 May 2015 at 16:30.

WLAN / WIFI
WLAN / WiFi is available for all participants throughout the Alfândega Congress Centre.

TAXIS
A taxi automatic calling machine is available at the entrance of the congress centre.
